Construction supervision
We carry out periodic inspection on buildings in the course of construction (typically domestic houses). Our certification is acceptable to all the major banks and building societies. Typically this involves inspections at the following stages:
Foundations
Floor slabs
Blockwork completion
Roof construction
First fix completion
Overall completion
We issue an 'Opinion on Compliance' on completion which allows our clients to complete the drawdown of their mortgages. It is also necessary should they ever wish to sell the property.
Land surveying
We prepare contoured maps using GPS Surveying System. These maps are prepared to a high degree of accuracy and typically show the following:
Contours
Boundaries
Roads
Overhead cables
Drainage
Legal Mapping We prepare maps and certify areas for Land Registry purposes, such as the purchase of building sites.
Structural surveys and snag lists
We carry out structural surveys and snag lists on domestic houses, apartments, and commercial properties such as shops, offices, factory buildings, and public houses.
